Inductive Coupling Mode is a short, spooky visual novel.
Play as Juniper Paul, a little girl adjusting to a recent move and navigating through school with a trusty pair of hearing aids. On a day when she's faced with the burden of going home alone, her hearing aids happen to start picking up on some creepy messages...

This game was developed for the ScreamSonic Jam! Please note that while it likely won't be expanded in the future, it may receive updates for aesthetic and bug fixes.

Oh wow, thank you so much for the review, it was a nice surprise! I’m glad you enjoyed the game (what little there is of it anyway XD)
I was kicking myself when you mentioned the skip function breezing past the choices, though! That was something I meant to fix back during the game jam and I just never got around to it RIP. I decided to upload a new build where that should (hopefully) no longer be a problem for the next person to play this.
